idjutsister: Hello, I am Melissa of Idjut Sister Creations. As far back as I can remember I have been making something—usually with my sister, who is my best friend. She is the one that listens to my ramblings, whining, and corny jokes. She encourages me when I think things are too much and inspires me to wow her. I have four grown children, a daughter attending school in Tucson, AZ and an eight-year-old daughter at home, as well as a handsome grandson and brand new granddaughter. Each one of them is smart, funny and creative. Even though I have family and friends that I love dearly, my life seems somehow empty if I am not creating something. My home is a small upstairs apartment where I can look out over this tiny town nestled between a cornfield and a soybean patch in central Illinois. My newest creations are dolls and I am having a joyous time watching these little creatures of my imagination take shape. Selling them on eBay is exciting and somewhat nerve racking, since I am not used to sharing my work with too many people.
